I’ve been in the fitness and wellness field since 1995, mostly in the Greater Boston area. I am currently located in SWFL.

My goal is to educate, inspire, and empower people to take responsibility for their own health via a spirit, mind, body approach…in a fun, appropriate, safe way for their own body!

I’ve overcome serious medical issues using the tools and methods I share, utilizing a wholistic look at well-being. In addition to many group exercise modalities, I’ve been certified as a QiGong and Reiki practitioner, knowing first hand how imperative it is to cultivate and reserve energy for what really matters. Also, cultivating a positive attitude can literally transformed your world!

A balanced lifestyle can be yours with meditation, exercise and good nutrition. We ARE what we EAT, AND we are also what we THINK and how we MOVE!
